*Personalized race numbers only available for participants registered online until September 26th 2022.

Participation packages will not be sent by mail but can be collected on site on Saturday October 15 (12 AM – 5 PM) and Sunday October 16 (from 8.30 AM onwards). 1 week before the event, individually registered participants will receive a confirmation email with their personalized number (when registered until September 26) or an e-ticket.

With this, participants can get their race numbers at the registration booth. If you are registered in a group (school, company or association), you cannot collect your bib individually.

Only the group manager is authorized to take possession of all the bibs. The person in charge

is then responsible for distributing the bibs to each member of the group.

Bruges is a compact city. The use of motor vehicles in the historic inner city is not recommended. The Park and Ride areas are situated right outside of the city centre. Here you can park your car for free and for longer duration. The city centre is a stone’s throw away on foot or by bus. All info: www.visitbruges.be/parking-in-bruges-2.

The changing rooms and the storage for sports bags are located on the first floor of the ‘Hallenzalen’, the Grote Markt in Bruges.

Starting at 8.30 am on Sunday October 16th you can drop off your bags at the sports bags storage tent.

When you hand in your sports bags, a sticker with a number will be stuck on your race number. The same numbered sticker will be placed on your sports bag. After the run you can only get your bag back upon showing your race number with this sticker.

Attention: once you have handed in your sports bag, you cannot get it back until AFTER the run!

You can rest assured that the safety and comfort of our participants, supporters, volunteers and staff is always the absolute priority for us as organisers.

We will make sure at all times that there is alignment between the safety measures on 16th October 2022 and the government measures that apply at that particular moment. Currently, we are working on the premise that we will be able to organise the event in October as described on this website. Always keep an eye on this page and our social media channels for any changes in accordance with the current government measures.
